In October 2019, BKM Capital Partners completed the acquisition of West Valley Business Park in Kent, WA. The 205,655 square-foot infill multi-tenant business park consists of 19 buildings with 180 units.

The property is strategically located south of I-5 and I-405 freeway, 19 miles south of Downtown Seattle, with frontage on SR-181 (the “West Valley Highway”). The asset has undergone a cosmetic overhaul through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including a refreshed paint scheme, upgraded signage, and modernized landscaping. BKM also addressed deferred maintenance on roofing, HVAC, and parking lot. BKM's in-house property management and leasing teams will work diligently to drive new leasing activity while maximizing asset performance.
