BKM Capital Partners acquired Tempe Commerce Park in June 2016. Located in Tempe, AZ, the 536,122 square-foot multi-tenant business park consists of five buildings with 13 units.

The asset has undergone a cosmetic overhaul through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including a refreshed paint scheme, upgraded signage, and modernized landscaping. BKM also addressed deferred maintenance on HVAC units, roofing, and the parking lot.

The asset was realized in December 2024.
