The property is located two miles south of Phoenix-Deer Valley Municipal Airport and less than a mile from the I-17 / Loop 101 Freeway interchange, allowing quick access to the entire Phoenix area freeway system. The asset has undergone a cosmetic overhaul through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including a refreshed paint scheme, upgraded signage, and modernized landscaping. BKM also addressed deferred maintenance on HVAC units, roofing, and the parking lot.
