In May 2022, BKM Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Riverside Junction, located in Portland, OR. The 63,268 square-foot multi-tenant industrial park consists of two light industrial buildings with 15 units.

The asset is located in the East Columbia Corridor submarket, which has a large concentration of corporate tenants, including Amazon, Owens Corning, and Subaru. The asset has undergone a cosmetic overhaul through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including fresh paint, new signage, and uniform landscaping to deliver a highly desirable space.
