The property is situated one block east of McCarran International Airport and is centrally located within five miles of I-15, I-215, I-515, I-60, and the Las Vegas Strip. The asset has undergone a cosmetic overhaul through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including a refreshed paint scheme, upgraded signage, and modernized landscaping. BKM also addressed deferred maintenance on HVAC units, roofing, and the parking lot.

The asset was realized in November 2016.
