The property is strategically located in the Otay Mesa submarket of San Diego, along the USA-Mexico international border, with excellent access to SR-905, which connects directly to I-5. The asset has undergone a cosmetic overhaul through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including a refreshed paint scheme, upgraded signage, and modernized landscaping. BKM also reconfigured overbuilt office units into reconfigured industrial suites. BKM's in-house property management and leasing teams will work diligently to drive new leasing activity while maximizing asset performance.
