In July 2024, BKM Capital Partners completed the acquisition of North Cabot Industrial Park, located in Hayward, California. The 51,038 square-foot light industrial asset includes two buildings and 13 units.

Situated on almost four acres on Cabot Blvd., the 51,038 square-foot light industrial park has undergone numerous cosmetic and functional improvements through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including upgraded HVAC, roofs, and parking lots, as well as a refreshed paint scheme and upgraded signage across the business park. BKM's in-house property management and leasing teams are working diligently to drive new leasing activity while maximizing asset performance.
