BKM Capital Partners originally acquired Metro Industrial Center in April 2016. Seeing further value to be had, BKM recapitalized the asset in September 2021. Located in Phoenix, AZ, the 113,887 square-foot multi-tenant business park consists of five buildings with 63 units.

The property is located less than a mile from I-17 and benefits from proximity to two regional medical centers. The asset has undergone a cosmetic overhaul through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including a refreshed paint scheme, upgraded signage, and modernized landscaping. BKM also addressed deferred maintenance on HVAC units, roofing, and the parking lot. BKM's in-house property management and leasing teams will work diligently to drive new leasing activity while maximizing asset performance.
