In July 2022, BKM Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Mesa Ridge Business Park, located in Mesa, AZ. The 153,252 square-foot light industrial asset includes seven buildings and 40 units.

Sitting on nearly 12 acres, the asset is adjacent to Falcon Field Airport and Boeing’s 1.35 million square foot manufacturing campus. The asset has undergone a cosmetic overhaul through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including a refreshed paint scheme, upgraded signage, low-density landscaping, and resurfaced parking lots. BKM's in-house property management and leasing teams will work diligently to drive new leasing activity while maximizing asset performance.
