In March 2023, BKM Capital Partners executed the acquisition of Gateway Business Center, located in Las Vegas, NV. The 46,888-square-foot asset consists of a single 11-unit industrial building.

Ideally situated near the Las Vegas Strip, I-15, I-215, and Harry Reid International Airport, the asset has undergone numerous cosmetic and functional improvements included in BKM's signature capital improvements package, including roofs and landscaping, as well as a refreshed paint scheme and upgraded signage across the property. BKM's in-house property management and leasing teams are working diligently to drive new leasing activity while maximizing asset performance.
