In July 2019, BKM Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Federal Way Business Park North (formerly known as Campus Business Center), located in Federal Way, WA. The 67,071 square-foot multi-tenant business park consists of four buildings with 30 units.

The property is in the Federal Way/Auburn submarket alongside the I-5 Freeway between Seattle and Tacoma. The asset has undergone a cosmetic overhaul through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including a refreshed paint scheme, upgraded signage, modernized landscaping, and reconfigured overbuilt office space into functional industrial spaces. BKM also addressed deferred maintenance on roofing, HVAC, and parking lot.

The asset was realized in March 2023.
