The property is strategically located off I-880, the major transportation corridor in the East Bay connecting San Jose to Oakland. The asset has undergone a cosmetic overhaul through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including a refreshed paint scheme, upgraded signage, and modernized landscaping. BKM also installed energy-saving solar panels as part of its ESG initiative. BKM's in-house property management and leasing teams will work diligently to drive new leasing activity while maximizing asset performance.
