The property is located adjacent to US-50 and is 12 miles East of downtown Sacramento and 60 minutes North of the Bay Area. The asset has undergone a cosmetic overhaul through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including a refreshed paint scheme, upgraded signage, and modernized landscaping. BKM also addressed deferred maintenance on roofing, HVAC, and parking lot. BKM's in-house property management and leasing teams will work diligently to drive new leasing activity while maximizing asset performance.
