The property is located near Arizona State University and Tempe’s commercial business district alongside the SR-101, providing excellent access to Scottsdale and the entire Southeast Valley. The asset has undergone a cosmetic overhaul through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including a refreshed paint scheme, upgraded signage, and modernized landscaping. BKM also addressed deferred maintenance on roofing, HVAC, and parking lot.
