In August 2018, BKM Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Border Point Business Park in Otay, CA. The 171,516 square-foot multi-tenant business park consists of three buildings with 16 units.

The property is strategically located in the Otay Mesa submarket of San Diego, along the USA-Mexico international border, with excellent access to SR-905, which connects directly to I-5. The asset has undergone a cosmetic overhaul through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including a refreshed paint scheme, upgraded signage, and modernized landscaping. BKM also reconfigured overbuilt office units into reconfigured industrial suites.
