The property is adjacent to the I-17 freeway with frontage along Northern Avenue. The asset has undergone a cosmetic overhaul through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including a refreshed paint scheme, upgraded signage, and modernized landscaping. BKM also addressed deferred maintenance on HVAC units, roofing, and the parking lot. BKM's in-house property management and leasing teams will work diligently to drive new leasing activity while maximizing asset performance.
