In December 2018, BKM Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Baseline Business Park, located in Tempe, AZ. The 100,204 square-foot multi-tenant business park consists of eight buildings with 55 units.

The property is located minutes from Downtown Tempe and Arizona State University. The asset has undergone a cosmetic overhaul through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including a refreshed paint scheme, upgraded signage, and modernized landscaping. BKM also reconfigured overbuilt office units into reconfigured industrial suites. BKM's in-house property management and leasing teams will work diligently to drive new leasing activity while maximizing asset performance.
