In February 2018, BKM Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Activity Business Center located in San Diego, CA. The 160,943 square-foot multi-tenant business park consists of five buildings with 44 units.

The centrally-located property is easily accessible to San Diego’s key transportation corridors. The I-15 borders the submarket to the east and offers prime north-south connectivity and immediate connections to SR-163 and SR-52. The asset has undergone a cosmetic overhaul through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including a refreshed paint scheme, upgraded signage, modernized landscaping, and a newly constructed outdoor common area to benefit the entire business park. BKM also addressed deferred maintenance on HVAC units, roofing, and the parking lot.

The asset was realized in June 2021.
