In December 2023, BKM Capital Partners completed the acquisition of 217 Distribution Center, located in Portland, OR. The 451,062 square-foot light industrial asset includes 5 buildings and 13 units. This is BKM’s 7th acquisition in the Portland market.

Situated on over 22 acres on SW 11th Street, the 451,062 square-foot light industrial park will undergo numerous cosmetic and functional improvements through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including upgraded HVAC, roofs, and parking lots, as well as a refreshed paint scheme and upgraded signage across the business park. BKM's in-house property management and leasing teams will work diligently to drive new leasing activity while maximizing asset performance.
