As Senior Vice President and Head of Equitable Real Estate National Marketing and Sales Pension Operations, Dolinoy led and provided United States pension fund investment management services in all equity, debt and real estate capital markets. As Senior Vice President and Head of Equitable Real Estate Southern California region, he established and provided real estate acquisitions, asset management, and disposition services. As Senior Executive Vice President, he was head of all equitable real estate marketing, client product development and fiduciary services.
As President, Dolinoy led the leading Real Estate Financial Services Company in the United States with $40 billion under management for pension funds, international investors, and all other institutional clients.
Dolinoy began his career as a trainee at Equitable Life Assurance and eventually became the President of Lend Lease Real Estate Investments (U.S.), which acquired Equitable Real Estate. Over the course of his career, he has made over 5,000 presentation to clients, industry groups, and internal audiences. He has been a keynote speaker at the Chartered Financial Analysts National Convention, the Asia Society, the Institute for Fiduciary Education, and the Emerging Trends in Real Estate Annual Symposium.
As Executive Vice President and Managing Director, Dolinoy was a key part of a team at GMAC Institutional Advisors/Capmark Investments/Hunt Companies who was responsible for raising $5 billion for their Real Estate Advisory business. Dolinoy was responsible for all client, consultant, marketing, and product development, including the responsibility of selling the business.
Dolinoy has served on various boards and committees, including the Pension Real Estate Association Board and Executive Committee, Lend Lease Investment Management, Executive and Investment Committees, and Chairman of the Lend Lease Portfolio Assurance Committee and the Prime Property Fund Investor Council and was Chairman and was Chairman of the Emerging Trends in Real Estate publication from 1990 to 1998.
He is currently a member of the New York State Teachers’ Retirement System Real Estate Advisory Committee (since 2000), Board Member of Hunt Investment Management, and former Chairman of the J.P. Morgan Real Estate Income and Growth Fund Board.
Dolinoy has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Upsala College, and pursued his Graduate studies in Business at Fairleigh Dickinson University, Golden Gate University and completed the University of Chicago Executive Development Program.
