Brian Malliet is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of BKM Capital Partners. In his role as CEO & CIO and as a leader on BKM’s Investment Committee, Malliet has been integral in the firm’s strategic direction and development, nearly doubling BKM’s size annually and creating a robust operator platform spanning 12 regional US markets under his guidance.
 
Malliet has more than 35 years of commercial real estate and investment experience with expertise in small and mid-bay light industrial, having acquired over 120 light industrial and multi-use logistics assets in the Western U.S. valued at approximately $3.2 billion, and has facilitated more than 150 million square feet of real estate transactions over his career.

Harry Hedison is Senior Managing Director of Capital Markets & Investor Relations at BKM Capital Partners and serves as a member of the Investment Committee. In his executive position, Hedison manages the investor relations and capital market teams while playing an integral role in capital raising across the company's funds and joint ventures. Hedison focuses on driving investor value and overseeing investor communication across the company.

Hedison brings 35 years of real estate and investment experience to his role and has a track record of raising capital for a broad range of real estate strategies across a number of channels and geographies. Throughout his career, he has originated and executed over $20 billion of global real estate capital raising assignments and developed a variety of global product and marketing strategies. Hedison has held key executive positions in the real estate investment management and investment banking sectors, including capital markets, private equity, investor relations, acquisitions, and marketing.

Brett Turner is Senior Managing Director of Acquisitions & Dispositions at BKM Capital Partners and serves as the Co-Chair of the Investment Committee. Turner oversees the sourcing and underwriting of potential commercial real estate acquisitions as well as dispositions. Since helping found BKM in 2013, Turner has generated $2.9 billion in transactions across the Western United States.

Turner brings 18 years of experience to his position at BKM, allowing for a broad range of industry expertise, including acquisitions, dispositions, finance, development, asset management, environmental remediation, and leasing. Throughout his career, Turner has successfully executed more than $3.3 billion across 20 million square feet in sale transactions throughout the Western United States.

David Jensen serves as the Managing Director of Strategic Partnerships at BKM Capital Partners. Jensen’s primary responsibilities include the formation and management of programmatic joint ventures and institutional separate accounts, which encompasses providing guidance on partnership structuring, reporting, and investment management. Jensen also plays an integral role in the implementation of business growth plans for BKM’s new and existing investment partnerships, effectively leveraging capital raising efforts to structure equity deals and cultivate relationships to further expand BKM’s investor network.

Jensen brings over 15 years of experience to his role at BKM including expertise in capital markets, real estate private equity, commercial lending, and investment management. Having a diverse range of experience across the commercial real estate sector, Jensen has successfully sourced over 3 billion dollars in equity capital, commercial loans, and commercial transactions over the course of his career. He is FINRA registered and is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker.

Craig Morrow is the Senior Director of Property Management at BKM Management Company. In his role, Morrow is responsible for the oversight of BKM’s property management and property accounting teams to maximize operational and financial efficiencies across BKM’s expansive portfolio of light industrial assets. Morrow also supports the execution of the firm’s asset-level business plans, uniting all functions of property operations into one seamless strategic plan to best serve the needs of our partners and clients.

Morrow brings more than 15 years of property management and operations experience to this role, with special expertise in multi-tenant industrial parks. His passion for developing high-performing teams, cultivating strong customer service, and operational excellence is essential to the growth of BKM's Management Company.

Mike Valdes is Director of Accounting & Financial Reporting of BKM Capital Partners. In this position, he oversees the company’s accounting, tax, audit, and reporting functions. Valdes also leads corporate financial planning and analysis, focused on financial modeling, cash flow projections and budgeting. Valdes applies his expertise in all financial reporting efforts, and the building of complex financial analytics for visibility into bottom-line profitability.

Valdes brings more than 10 years of strategic finance and accounting experience to his role, specifically in real estate, private equity, alternative investments, and illiquid asset portfolios. Additionally, he has extensive experience enacting the design and execution of the financial reporting infrastructures, valuation analyses, and strategic planning. Valdes is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, an Executive member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

C.E. Kaiser is Director of Construction Management and Business Systems at BKM Capital Partners. In his role, Kaiser manages the budgeting, design and construction for all new acquisitions and special construction projects. Kaiser also leads the development of BKM's business intelligence platform (BKM Intel).

Kaiser brings more than 10 years of real estate operations and execution to his role. He has completed over $500 million in construction projects, managed the acquisitions of $100 million in real estate, executed over one hundred leases and managed millions of square feet of real estate. Having held positions in construction, asset management, property management, and acquisitions, Kaiser's wide array of real estate experience helped him build a highly successful team and implement efficient processes and procedures.

Bill Galipeau is Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at BKM Capital Partners. In his role, Galipeau is the Chair of the Executive Committee and manages the company's finance and accounting functions while implementing the company's strategic growth plans to create long-term enterprise value. He also oversees financial and operational risk, structuring of fund and investment vehicles, and analysis of all financial models and statements across the company.

Galipeau brings 26 years investment management experience to his position at BKM, with expertise in fixed income, derivatives, cash and FX structured products and other complex investment vehicles. He has a consistent track record of success in a variety of senior management positions with some of the world's premier investment management firms. In addition to his business responsibilities, Galipeau also served as Audit Committee Chairman of the PIMCO Foundation and as a board member for the American Red Cross of Orange County.

Susan Rounds is Senior Managing Director of Operations & Administration at BKM Capital Partners and serves as the Chair of the Compensation Committee and the ESG Committee. Rounds’ primary responsibilities at BKM encompass the effective implementation of human resources initiatives, policies and procedures including compliance, recruiting, retention, performance management, and coaching, as well as managing the relationship with BKM’s Professional Employer Organization. In addition, Rounds serves a critical leadership position in providing strategic and technical guidance to BKM’s Marketing, Technology, Legal, Property Management, and Office Administration teams.

Rounds brings 25 years of operational experience encompassing human resources, team management, and business development. Rounds is focused on building a strong company culture, team management, and employee development by fostering collaboration, innovation, and organizational effectiveness.

Mason Waite is Managing Director of Asset & Portfolio Management at BKM Capital Partners and serves as a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. In his executive position, Waite spearheads BKM’s asset management and construction departments to drive growth and increase value. He is responsible for setting the operational, leasing, and capital deployment strategies to maximize asset-level performance and returns. Waite specializes in executing the firm’s high-level business plans, strategic planning, and general oversight of the assets’ performance. 
 
Waite brings more than 12 years of experience to his position at BKM, with expertise in strategic asset management, leasing, property operations, underwriting, and due diligence. He has transacted over 1,000 leases across 10 markets, overseen $150 million in capital projects, and managed more than 10 million square feet of multi-tenant industrial real estate. He is a member of the State Bar of California and a licensed California Real Estate Broker.

Chris Evans is the Senior Director of Portfolio Management at BKM Capital Partners. In his role, Evans is responsible for setting the overall strategic plan for the portfolio assets to ensure investment returns are optimized for all stakeholders. Evans provides oversight across BKM’s multiple vehicles and ensures the funds’ business plan objectives are being executed. He also coordinates with Asset Management and Leasing teams to adjust strategies when required and serves as a liaison with the firm’s various investment partners, including fund investors, co-investors, and joint venture partners. Evans also advises on debt capital markets to optimize the portfolio’s leverage.​

Evans brings more than 18 years of industry expertise to his position, drawing on his experience in land development, asset management, finance, and portfolio management.  He began his tenure with BKM Capital Partners in Asset Management where he oversaw leasing, capital projects, and the financial forecasting throughout Arizona, Nevada, and Washington. Prior to his time with BKM Capital Partners, Evans served as a senior member of Wells Fargo Bank’s REO group and as Finance Manager for Lennar Corporation.

Emily Pollard is Senior Director of Marketing & Communications at BKM Capital Partners. In her position, Pollard spearheads BKM’s marketing, media, and communications, including tactical planning and execution on the company’s advertising, public relations, and various communication strategies. Pollard is responsible for promoting the company’s message and brand by creating content for investment strategies, expanding on key platform highlights, communicating unique value propositions, and curating various marketing materials and media responses.
 
Pollard brings more than 10 years of strategic marketing, communications, pipeline planning, new product development, commercialization, and brand positioning experience to her role, specifically in real estate, private equity, and alternative investments. She is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) Charterholder and currently a member of CREW Orange County, the American Institute of Graphic Arts, and the American Marketing Association.

Michael Grossner is the Director of Acquisitions and Dispositions at BKM Capital Partners. In this position he sources and presents acquisition opportunities to Investment Committee and oversees underwriting, due diligence and the closing process. In addition he is responsible for stabilized asset sales and recapitalizations.

Grossner brings over 10 years of experience to his position with expertise in deal sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, financing and asset management. He has successfully acquired more than $2 billion in value-add investments within the most competitive West Coast industrial markets. Prior to BKM Capital Partners, he served as Vice President at Bridge Investment Group and Acquisition Manager at ViaWest.
